text message reader

On my Note 9 incoming text messages were read out loud over Bluetooth. I CANNOT find the same setting since upgrading to the Note 20. Pleased help!

The only setting I can find to this anymore is in the Galaxy Wearable app when connected to the Galaxy Buds/Buds+
My son is on an older LG and on his phone it is settings/Accessibility.

Connect to Buds -> Galaxy Wearable app -> Read notifications aloud -> Toggle on Read aloud when using phone -> Click the app (actual word) -> Enable the option for Read aloud full content
