trouble with new pen

I recently lost my original pen to my note 20 ultra so I bought a replacement but the replacement doesn't seem to want to connect how do I change that?????

touch and hold on the S PEN air action button from the drop down menus
hit the 3 dots on the top right
reset pen

okay will try I just thought it must have been because I got a cheaper pen that it wouldn't connect but I will try that thanks

if it's genuine pen it has Bluetooth. if not, no Bluetooth

I guess it must not be genuine because it keeps telling me that it can't connect and I've tried several times I've even did what you said
