what does this framework do?

Hello, I've recently seen this mde framework using more battery randomly and this is the first time I've seen in on my note 20u. Does anyone know what it does and how to reduce its battery consumption?

It's built into the Android operating system and supposedly has something to do with media playback. But according to the screenshot, it's used 0% battery and hasn't used mobile date in 4 months, so why do you think it has high consumption?

I think it has high consumption because device care says it's using 4% but when you click on it it says 0%
