samsung has to do something about it

I totally agree it's ridiculous that we only get one operating system update.
Apple and Google update all of their phones every time there's a new update bit security or operating system
Even though I'd prefer to have a Samsung phone my next phone is probably going to be a Google just so I can stay up to date
It's really sad these big money companies leave us all hanging with Antiquated systems shortly after you purchase it
Sorry Samsung you're losing another customer

Yea well they released the note 10 with android 9 so you get an update almost out of the box and eligible for android 11 then you might as well toss your new note 10 in the toilet. SMH

We most likely won't be getting it. They had addressed the note 9 & 10, but skipped over the 8 and went straight to the S & A devices that will get it last time I checked.

thank you very much Samsung. My Note 9 will be the last Samsung device. I have really had it enough with your software update inconsistency.
How could you charge USD1000 for a device and will not even provide latest software updates for at least 3-4 years?

The Note 8 has had 2 major OS updates since it was launched.

One of which happens nearly as I was removing the packaging.
This decision will loose our entire household as customers. I love the note series, but I refuse to flush my money down the toilet.
Dear Mr. PARK:
Respect your customers!

Why make the phone slower? That make no sense to upgrade to a more CPU/GPU intense update that will slow down the phone for consumers. This isn't Apple, it's Samsung

Phone slower

No.
