I've been with Tmobile since they took over Cingular-if anyone remembers them. For the last 7 months, the tmobile app that I've always used to pay my bill doesn't work, won't even load and it hasn't been resolved or addressed in any way. My phone is fine and so are all my other apps. Anyone else have this problem ever?
I just had that problem this morning. Go to your app store and uninstall the tmobile app. It only uninstall the updates and not the actual app since you have a tmobile phone so once that's done you'll have to option to open the app or install updates. Install the updates and reopen the app. I popped in my info and it worked.
