My Note 8, since the last android update, has had difficulties installing/updating applications from the Google Play Store. It seems the apps download very slowly or only partially before getting 'stuck' or they get to 99-100% download but never intiate the install. I had been following a few threads on this topic but no solutions have come to frutition. These are the steps I have taken thus far:
Deleted data/cache from; Google Play Store, Google Play Services
Tried to update/install over 3 different types of networks (work wifi, 4GLTE, Home wifi)
Disabled all 3rd party applications
Attempted updating apps in 'Safe Mode' - this procured the same results
reset the samsung download manager
Verified it was only Google Play and not Samsung Store giving me grief
Factory Reset device (apps not installing even from a backup)
I have noticed that after deleting data/cache from the 'Play Store' while an app was stuck at 100% sent it into the install phase and then the app would successfully install the app. Listen, this is not an acceptable workaround. Please help!
