Can I get some device info from you, like model number, carrier, and Baseband version?
All of these can be found by going to Settings>About Device.

Can you try going into Settings>Apps>Calendar>Menu>Uninstall Updates and see if this works?
Also, did you try the Clear Cache and Data step mentioned earlier in the thread?
