Thank you for reaching out. Samsung cloud is currently down for maintenance at this time, I would recommend trying back at a later time, The Cloud team are working to restore full service as soon as possible.
Are there any more updates? Surely this issue can't take over three weeks to resolve.
I got an email saying my documents are scheduled for deletion and I want to access them before that happens.
I'm using Chrome on a MacBook if that makes any difference.
