Can two Note 8's be "loaded" onto a "new" Note 8?

My Note 8 screen is broken.  I was sent a replacement phone however the tech didn't do the "Smart Switch" so most of my data did NOT transfer over.

The replacement was bad, so after two weeks of limping along, the next replacement arrived.

Is there a way to "Smart Switch" both phones onto the replacement phone?

@userxSYVSXkACN Sorry to say but you can only load 1 backup to your phone you can try to restore the first backup and then try to restore the second backup not sure it would work
