If your saying your screen does not function AT ALL with your fingers, Try safe mode and see if you can. That is the first step. please let us know the result in safe mode. Thanks.
Yes I am having issues too. Had to exchange my phone at Best Buy three days after getting it. 15 days later my second phone is not working right and freezing and screen not working in portions. After a trip to Best Buy to see the Samsung specialist he had no fix and stated I would need to drive two hours away to another store who was more experienced. I then spent 45 minutes on the phone with Samsung with no help. I finally called Verizon and ordered a replacement phone through them. Meaning this will be my third phone in three weeks. Not acceptable to me. I have not been able to use my phone for three days and now consider it a BIG WASTE OF MONEY
@maximvshill Could you go into Galaxy Apps, Select the Menu> My Apps> Updates> and then select the Update icon next to the Customization Service app? Please let me know if this helps with the device's responsiveness.
