New phone received, battery defect, no replacement.

I bought the Note 8 throught the samsung websit.

I received it 3 days ago, and prepared to use(charging, activating and transferring app and things).

But I found the battery didn't work properly. I checked the battery 3%, before first charging. (I thought that was a little bit weird.)

When I have full charge of battery, the phone shows up below 10 hours running time.

I called to custumer servie 2 times, I want to replace with new phone. They told they could repair the phone, not replacement. I bought a new phone, why I have to repair this phone.

That's why I return.

That's the way Samsung is they don't care about their cus...

That's the way Samsung is they don't care about their customers, they are driven by money. I was told the same thing and it's messed up because your phone is still under warranty, Samsung is going to lose customers if they don't start taking care of their customers the way they should!!!
