Phone was purchased on August 13th, 2018 but IMEI currently say out of warranty. I contact with a support team to have that taken care of and sent in. Now I got the call from the repair department to ask me to pay or they will send back without repairing.
At first, I explain to them the IMEI warranty issue and have that taken care of then they come up with the other statement " burn-in screen consider as physical or liquid damaged not covered by warranty even if I bought the phone, yesterday "
Is that true? any help will appreciate. The payment will hold until April 14, I just want they send my phone back
