My 2-month old Note 8 shut down and after about 8 seconds tried to start up. It gets to the "Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Powered by Android" page, then shuts down again...this cycle continues until the charge is gone. Soft and hard reset didn't work, neither did the reset to factory defaults. It is being replaced but Verizon tech support can't figure it out. Has anyone ever experienced this problem?
