Problem syncing calendars with Exchange Activesync

JUMP TO SOLUTION

Hi,

My company uses Office 365 and hence I sync my email and calendar using the Exchange Activesync connector under Accounts.

For some reason when syncing my O365 Calendar it is pulling one of my colleagues calendars in as well. I don't see any option on how to remove this. Any ideas?

This didn't happen with my Note 5.

Fixed by unticking the shared calendar in Outlook Web App.

I'm having the same issue on my Note 8 and Tab S3 I'm using the native email app for my work email and the native calendar.  I can see my colleagues calendar and no longer need to.  My outlook on my PC and on the O365 website both do not show her calendar anymore but my phone and tablet both using native email and native calendar app shows it.  Please help

Good afternoon @TheBuckII

Like the previous user, have you tried unticking the shared calendar in your Outlook Web application? Just wanted to make sure.

Yes, it's unticked and on my laptop I don't see their calendar in my calendar anymore but on my phone I see theirs.  It's weird because if they add something to their calendar or remove something I don't see it.  It's like an older static calendar of theirs.

That is unusual. Have you tried reaching out to. So you don't wish to see their information on your phone and tablet?  Have you tried clearing the cache and data on the native calendar application on each device? You can do that by going to Settings>Apps>Calendar>Storage, and then tapping clear cache and clear data.

Re: Problem syncing calendars with Exchange Activesync

I just purchased a Galaxy Tab S3 and I am having the exact same problem as the other 2 people.  My calendar is showing all my colleages' calendars.  I've gone in and unclicked their calendars in my laptop and the outlook app on the tablet, I've cleared my cache and cleared my data, but those other calendars just won't go away.  Any further suggestions?

Thanks.

I recommend wiping the cache partition.

How do I do that? I already went in and cleared the cache per the instructions in a prior answer above.
