I have a PC with windows 10 and Note 8 phone. I have installed Flow app a few month ago, and it works perfect.
Today I reset my phone, and install flow app again. But now I cannot connect to PC. On PC after "confirm passkey to connect" error 0x3002, on phone "cannot connect, try to update", but app version is the last.

I am having this same exact issue. Everything was working perfectly yesterday, but since this morning, I have not been able to connect my phone to PC. I've tried downloading older versions of Samsung Flow on my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled Samsung Flow on both my phone and PC. I have restarted both devices. Nothing has solved this issue.

Give these steps a try:
1. uninstall Samsung Flow from your computer
2. completely reboot your computer
3. Re-install Samsung Flow
