Send my note 8 for trade in did everything they told me they send my phone back the trade in is a waste off time and I will not get samsung product customer service are poor I will go back to apple been in using notes for a long time now switching to apple product . I think your lying people about trade in. My note 8 works just fine.
note8 is 3 yrs old or so, couple generations below the newest phones, they are not worth a bunch. no need to trade it in, keep it and you can use it strictly for apps, and games using wifi!
nothing... trade in value any place I've looked is less then 200 bucks. note 8 is not a 5g phone. unlocked, on global, works fine. try your phone insurance company, or provider to see if you can get more
