My R9250 happened to run over some spilled water, made a wierd noise, and quit working. Screen is dark, and buttons are not responding. Tried reset also.
I see lot of similar posts but no clear answer about how to fix it.
I would expect any robot vacuum to run over some accidental liquid spill at some point and not die, especially since robot vacuums run unattended. There could be a pet mess, overwatering plants, dishwasher leak etc. Truly surprised when it is a Samsung product, and costing hundreds of dollars.
My Samsung proucts include R9050 and R7010 vacuums that I use on different floors of the home (so I don't have to haul it up and down the stairs along with the charger), all kitchen appliances, and phones registered in my account !
