R1 360 speaker

I just purchased 2 R1 speakers and have tried to set them up thru WiFi but only one plays. Additionally, I can't seem to get the iPhone app to work properly. It keeps shutting down. 

When I connect thru Bluetooth I don't have any problems playing music, but I purchased these especially for the MultiRoom experience . 

Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated

You are utilizing the Multiroom app on your phone, correct?

your apps to be kind...suck the big one!

i have 2 speakers and cant get them to connect thru multiroom apps from google android play store...

can you recommend app for these speakers that work?????????

I am having the same issue.  I had three of the Radiant 360 speakers set up using the Multiroom app and, for some reason, they disconnected from the app and I have not been able to get them to resend.

 

They work individually on my Amazon Echo so I know it is not the speakers.  Is there a different app I can use or is there something wrong with the app.

userFU8yFz9Fvv, have you tried reinstalling the app or using it on a different device?
