كيف يمكنني اضافة زر مسح QR لضبط شبكة الواي فاي

On your Samsung which is connected to that Wifi signal:

1. Long press on the Wifi icon in the quick panel
2. Click on the gear to the right of the Wifi network name in the list
3. At the left bottom of the screen you will see a QR code icon. Click on that.
4. Now using the Samsung that you want to connect to the Wifi, open the camera and point it at that QR code.

On your screenshot the gear is to the left of the name of the network. This is due to the language setting 'right to left' instead of 'left to right'.
