Just got a new Samsung Galaxy A10e. Here’s my laundry list of questions::
i have a “voice assistant” who is driving me nuts. How do I turn her off?
How do I scroll down...for example on home screen? Screen is frozen.
Where is my voice mail?
and most annoying of all....when I try to dial a number or text, I have to, first, tap the number or letter to identify it and then double tap to activate it. There’s got to be a better way.

For Voice Assistant give this link a shot:
This should help with Voicemail
From a Home screen, tap Phone (lower-left). If not available, navigate Apps > Phone .
From the Dialer tab, touch and hold 1 (one). If presented Choose Voicemail, select Voicemail. ...
If prompted, enter the Voicemail password then press the # key.
If your screen is frozen try resetting the phone.

I would suggest you to go to your local Best But store that has Samsung section or carrier store( ATT, T-Moble) and show them your phone and they should be able to help
