A10e touching screen

Sometimes the touching screen is not sensitive to finger, sometimes is fast , what is the probable cause of this , any idea ?

Hi there, could you try enabling the touch screen sensitivity switch? 

• From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
   These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
• Navigate: Settings  > Display.
• Tap the Touch sensitivity switch to turn on  or off .
   When on, sensitivity is increased.

The default is off.  On is applied only if there is screen cover. I do not have screen cover. 

I just wonder why the screen is not active sometimes but not all the times.

This function can also be applied to devices where the touch screen isn't as responsive as the user wants.
