A12 screen goes black and won't wake up or anything

My screen keeps going black then won't come on if I try to wake ... won't let me do anything calls will still come I'm but can't answer cause screen is black ?   It's not cracked or anything?  Pleaseeeeee help me ..

If your phone or tablet displays only a blank screen, there are a few things you can check to determine the cause of the problem. For example, your device's battery might be dead, or maybe it just needs to be reset.
