I would like to add to your statement too.... When I went in to upgrade my phone, & the person helping me asked if I wanted a 5G phone to which I answered 'Yes'. I decided to go with the Galaxy A13-5G. The person helping me gave me the A13-LTE. After using it for a couple of days of sheer frustation... I was fed up! I could not believe this was a Samsung phone! I traded a Galaxy A20-LTE for this!!! Then after trying to see how I turn the 5G on, I realized I had the LTE (4G) version, which really disappointed me like no other!!! My last phone didn't run a crazy as this one! I ended up trading it in & got the A13-5G... which I wanted from the get go, & it ran the way it was supposed to!! I was thinking that I would be leaving Samsung after having been with them for decades!! I am still upset with the BS they pulled on the charging cord tho!! You can't charge it using the cord without the plug in box.... plus it comes with a C to C cord rather than a C to USB cord which everyone has many USB plug in boxes we could use... but almost everyone WILL NOT have a C plug in box laying around! Now you have to buy one!! That was really crappy! I can't believe they did that! It made me take a second look at Samsung! Maybe they are not so fantastic after all!!
I used to feel good about the Samsung brand. I rated it to the Android version of the iPhone! I believed that it was the top-of-the-line for Androids! I have been with Samsung for over 10 years! The features were outstanding! I guess things will be coming to an end now. What a shame!
Yeah, I have to add to that, I LOVE my Samsung S Galaxy series phones! This one -- straight junk!! It's been replaced twice due to electronic issues, and sent for repair to Samsung after the second warranty exchange... NEVER AGAIN!! This isn't even a "budget" phone!! I'd probably prefer a Nokia to this!! The C to C cord was something that most new phones did as an "environmentally friendly" improvement so that you could use the same travel adapter no matter which phone you use. BUT!!! They should have told ppl that before completing their purchases that you have to buy one because it isn't included with your phone like they used to be!!! None of these newer (2022) phones come with one!! This A series is very disappointing, and I can't believe it has the Samsung Galaxy name even associated let alone be considered one!! Shame on you, Samsung!!
