I gave a Bluetooth remote shutter control that I used successfully with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I recently upgraded to a Galaxy A14, and I paired the remote control with my phone, but when I click it, the camera shutter does not respond. I have looked in the Settings menu and don't see any options I can select to make it work. Can znyone suggest anything I should try to make it work?
Are you sure the remote camera controller is compatible with the phone? Have you reached out to the manufacturer to check yet? Do you have any other devices you can test it out on?
