This phone is terrible. My A20 had better function. I bought 2 A21s and my fiance hates hers as well. It locked her out twice, refused to accept the correct pass code. Phones freeze and run slow even though they are a month old and have far larger /faster memory cards. No Smart View app. Won't allow it to be installed. Removed option to install apps on external drive. That's ridiculous! I'm pretty loyal to Samsung and just feel like I have been ripped off here. Please Exchange these terrible phones.
I'll be taking them back to the store if Samsung won't help.
I have the same problem. My 5 year old S7 had smart view and always on display which for some unknown reason Samsung decided it was a good Idea to take out of the A21.
