A32 Update Speaker Malfunctioning

The most recent large update has caused my phone to disable all audio when in a call and speaker is selected. Major problem. No issues prior to this last update. Please fix.

What have you already tried to troubleshoot the problem? Something simple such as restart or turn off and back on the phone?
