I bought this phone for over a month now and I had no problem with the fingerprint sensor I can use it properly, not until I updated my phone to Android 10. I can no longer use the fingerprint.
The Samsung tech told me that it was a glitch in the recent update and Samsung will release a new update to fix this issue. There was a update earlier this morning and I updated my phone and the update didn't solve the issu.
I have troubleshoot this phone with, Wipe out partion, clear cache, soft reset, safe mode, hard reset and even factory reset. None of this helps! I can't go out and have it checked by tech with Covid out there!
I have switched my phone from Samsung to Apple hoping for a better service!
