I recently bought a unlocked Galaxy A51 (US version) from Amazon. The problem I am having is when I go to check for updates, the phone says" Unable to update the software. A network or server error occurred. Try again later". I have my phone connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi. What could be causing to error? Please help!!
