I just bought the A52 phone, and its battery is draining quickly. I had the A51, and had to return it because the motherboard was damaged. Do all A series phones have problems? I never had problems with my J7 Star.

At this time it is recommended to send the error log report for this issue under the Member's app. Here are some steps for the log reporting:
1. Download Samsung members app from Galaxy store (If not already downloaded)
2. Open Samsung members app -> log-in with Samsung account -> Explore -> press “+”sign
