A52 Wi-Fi connectivity error

We just got a new A52 and it will not connect to our home Wi-Fi. It keeps saying "Unable to obtain IP address". All other devices are and have been connecting to our home network just fine. I tried to restart the modem as suggested by the phone and that did not work either. I also tried restarting the phone several times which also has not fixed the issue. If I switch to a Static IP it will connect, but then says "No internet connection". Is this a problem with the phone itself? Seems that others have had similar issues with this phone. We were able to successfully connect to a different Wi-Fi network without issue, but not our home network. Help!

Send an error report through the Samsung Members app, so they can troubleshoot your phone's logs.

Did you manage to find a solution? I am facing the same issue but and tried to fix it in many ways but have had no luck so far.
