A54 sometimes sends pics through SMS/MMS, other times not?

Just curious if anyone has an answer to why my Samsung A54 will send screenshots or other pictures through sms/multimedia and other times it will not? I never know when it will fail or why. I don't have FB or any other means of sending. No 3rd party apps for texting. Just what my phone came with. I only use the one messages. The other I have turned off.

Samsung Messages is primarily SMS/MMS with some RCS if your carrier supports it.

Google Messages is RCS.

It's usually best to send large images, videos, and files via a Quick Share link.

Try downloading a free app from Google Play Store called TEXTRA. I only use that app for my messages. No problems with sms or mms. It is free and reliable. I have been using it for years. Just make it your default sms app, and you are good to go.
