Other Mobile DevicesThe latest software update that happened this week **bleep** up my phone to the point I cannot use it. Anyone else having this issue? I just tried doing to online chat with Samsung and that was not any help. How do I revert back prior to the update?

I'm having the same issue. No network connection. Boost mobile is sending a new SIM card, but I'm not sure that will fix it. I think it is the software update. Samsung support was no help.

Almost the same issue. It told me before I Updated mine you can't go back to the old software.

Ugh! I'm so **bleep**g **bleep** about this new update! Destroyed so many things! I despise what this update did!
WiFi seems to not work, tons of settings completely messed up, closes out my locked tabs at least once a day, things seem to have slowed down in general. Wish wish wish I could go back to before this stupid update! Aren't they supposed to improve things? Not jack everything up!
