There was a software update today for my A71 5G. I click on install, it installed, rebooted the phone, but now I cannot connect to the network or WiFi. What do I do? I pulled the chip and put it in my old phone for the time being, but what do I do to fix my A71. Thank You.
Update could have messed up your wifi setting (it shouldn't but maybe it did). But if you can't connect to a network ..... that's a problem. Was this the recent Tmobile update? I am also on Tmobile and didn't have any issue with the update that appeared on my phone yesterday. If you reboot and it won't connect to the network, I think you may need to call Tmobile. They will likely confirm that you are using the recent SIM that came with the phone. If you are, and the phone still doesn't work, may need to exchange.
