Good morning to everyone.

I have the A72, yesterday suddenly the touch does not work, the mobile has not hit anywhere. The screen opens and closes from the buttons, I reboot it from the power + down button of the audio and it works again. If I shake the phone the screen seems to turn off the touch. So I can not answer the phones at least.
I need to have it on the table to work properly.
I asked at a store in the neighbourhood but they immediately told me to change the screen.Has anyone encountered a similar problem in samsung's A series?

If rebooting the phone makes your screen works try to go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset Accessibility > Reset > Reset. You should get a message the Accessibility is reset. Let me know if this helps

Thanks for the response,
I did what you said but the situation did not change. The device turns on normally, the screen works, but when I move it (for ex. from the table to my bag or office), the screen does not respond to touch.
There are times when it can work for an hour but then the same thing happens again.
Could it be the cable that connects the mainboard to the monitor as they call it Main Flex Cable?
Could it be fixed with a factory reset?
