@userSoK8c2Nttn If the issue is not appearing while the phone is in safe mode that would mean that issue is being caused by 3rd app. You will have to go back and uninstall the app that's causing the issue.

@userSoK8c2Nttn Does this issue still persist in safe mode?

@userSoK8c2Nttn Here are the steps to put your phone into safe mode?

  1. With the device switched on, hold down the Power button until the SAMSUNG Galaxy A9 options appears on the screen.
  2. From the following menu tap Restart two times.
  3. While the phone is restarting press and hold the Volume Down button for a while.
  4. You can release the Volume Down when your phone is turned on again.
  5. Well done! You should notice the Safe Mode logo in the left-down corner of the screen.

How to exit the Safe Mode in SAMSUNG Galaxy A9?

  1. With the Safe Mode switched on, hold down the Power button until the phone options appears on the screen.
  2. From the following menu tap Restart two times.
  3. Excellent! The SAMSUNG Galaxy A9 should quit the Safe Mode right now.
