Just got the Active Watch 2 and notifications don't consistently make it to my watch from my S10. And only text messages turn on my display, other applications' notifications (if they make it to my watch) don't vibrate the watch or turn on the display so I don't know I've received them. I have spoken with Samsung three times, have all the notification toggles turned on and am returning the watch. I went to BestBuy today and bought another one to replace it and having the same problem. Anyone else having these types of issues?
Using the Outllook app. Other issues i have: I've turned on the Daily Briefings but never get them and I've turned on the function for the watch to go to sleep mode every night instead of me manually turning it on but it doesn't do that either. Sorry I didn't write sooner, I didn't get an email that you had responded.
I asked a question and got a reply from you. I then answered your reply 3 weeks ago but haven't heard back. Can you, or someone else, please help me with my Active 2 watch issues? This isn't a very responsive support option. I tried to send a private message, my first ever, and got an error that I had reached my maximum number of private messages and to try again later. This is terrible support.
