Advanced Messaging turning off at random, won't turn on

So for some reason my advanced messaging will turn off at random. And when I try to turn it back on... well it won't turn on. So if yall have some tips or anyone I can contact, pls tell me

Not sure what "advanced messaging" is ...

Do you mean "Chat features" ?

No in the settings of messages, if u click on settings u will see advanced messaging. When I click it and turn it on... it well won't turn on

You must be using an older version of one of the two Messages app, or using some other 3rd party chat ... or maybe a carrier modified chat app

Maybe, but this will happen at random sometimes, before I even knew u could turn it on or off, it would always turn off at random. To u have an idea of what's going on?
