The Andriod 12 update switched my Mobile Voice Network Type from LTE to CDMA-1xRTT and my call quality went from excellent to choppy and dropped after a few seconds. I basically can't use the phone for calls no matter what service area I am in. I did everything including a factory reset, finally after hours with the carrier we realized it was this setting. Samsung Tech Pro said I need to take it to authorized service center for tech repair. Not even sure they will be able to do anything.
I will post update - just wondering if anyone else has call issues after Andriod 12 update.
