<span;>Problems using ANDROID FILE TRANSFER with macbook air MAC OS - Ventura version 13.4 Android - version 13, One UI version - 5.1 Samsung A33 When I try to use ANDROID FILE TRANSFER, my Macbook Air opens up a small window stating "No se ha podido establecer conexión con el dispositivo". 1) I have updated the software in the Mac and Samsung 2) I have tried new cables. 3) I have tried a diferent port in the Mac. 4) I have disinstalled and reinstalled the Android File Transfer APP. What can you suggest that I try?
I am also having the same issue and unfortunately SmartSwitch is not an alternative to Android File Transfer! We want to be able to open the folders within the phone to access files.
