My Ao2s has been glitching so bad to the point of opening links, dialing numbers, jumping from app to app,ect....I have performed all trouble shooting suggestions except the factory reset. Is there any other way to fix this software issue? It has progressively gotten worse over the last month or so. I'm ready to send this phone to the moon.Soooo aggravated.
Sounds like your phone has been hacked, TBH. I would just perform a reset. Or, boot into safe mode and see if the problem persists. I believe if it's an app issue, safe mode should be able to help determine. If that fails, then a factory reset will be necessary.
I did boot into safe mode and i still had the problem. I hate that i have to do a factory reset but looks like my last option. Thank you very much for your help.
