Apps don't close on slow swipe up

When I try to close my apps I swipe up, but It has no (Close All) button, and I swipe up, takes me to the home screen. Swipe back up back to the app, it keeps doing this over and over again. 

OS: Android 12
Phone: Samsung Galaxy A12 SM-A125U 4G LTE

Go to your recents screen, and at the bottom of screen is option to "close all." See screenshot...Screenshot_20221204_145312_One UI Home_1000001501_1670183592.jpg

I do have that, and when I don't it usually means that it's glitched

Which feature? The (Close All) button it's available in android 12, by the way what android version are you using currently?

I have 13. I misread your previous comment. I thought you didn't have the "close all" feature. Not quite sure what you mean with "when I don't it usually means it's glitched." Is it that you have that feature but it doesn't work or is it that it is a glitch that you don't have it?
