BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent out my phone for repair in September, per Samsung and UPS tracking number came up as delivered (I never received it) the UPS claim was opened beginning of October, the UPS case has been opened and closed 3 times The Samsung/UPS coordinator Marin has been no help, I've spoke with Samsung reps a few times they all give me incorrect information, a week ago a rep advised me UPS will reimburse me in a form of a check, today a representative advised me  Samsung approved a check on 10/24/19 chat this is ridiculous I keep getting the run arounds with Samsung. I just want a resolution  and my phone back or reimbursed please have a regional manager contact me I am not going to wait another day
