Background Color Automatically Changed

Galaxy A32 G5 phone automatically changed the messages and email background color to white? How do I get the color back if the screen color option is missing in the display settings?

Settings> display > at the very top tap " dark mode"

You can press and hold your Home screen> select wallpaper and style> color pallet, if you are interested in playing with colors also.
