Hi, I bought a galaxy tab s7 plus and the charge last 6 hours top. In 15 minutes it decreased 6% or more. Since the second day is like that. Is there anyproblems? Can I ask for the warranty?
If your tablet isn't charging, set it to Airplane Mode and reduce the brightness to extend the battery life while you work to solve the problem.
