Bluetooth connection requesting a PIN

My phone got lost and was replaced by Tmobile and now I can't connet my bluetooth to any device ,its asking me of pin and I don't use pin. Please what can I do?

0000 or 1234 is the standard pin on Bluetooth devices. its preprogrammed into the device your trying to pair

it didn't work, so definitely it's a refurbished phone that was given to me, probably the previous owner had is own pin.

sorry then, try do factory reset on the phone and that will wipe all previous data

one more thing is to check with your bt device paperwork. sometimes they use their own pin. mainly the pin is on the bt device and not the phone. what are you trying to pair
