Restart your phone and also see if you have any settings which would turn off Bluetooth

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns with your Bluetooth disconnecting and I will be more than happy to assist.

There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a low battery, was moved too far away from the Galaxy device, or the Bluetooth function was accidentally turned off. This guide will go over different scenarios and helpful tricks

If you are still experiencing the Bluetooth disconnecting after completing the troubleshooting steps please a Samsung walk in service center or schedule a repair online

Unless your Bluetooth device is off or not connected it shouldn't turn off. Check if there is something wrong with the Bluetooth device you are using

I am having this same issue since I updated to the newest software.

It has nothing to do with being too far from the device I'm connected to, or that I am shutting it off. It keeps randomly failing. I have submitted multiple bug reports to Samsung and they keep saying that they can't find anything
