Camara/ screen way too bright

When I view photos,take photos or watch anything off of this  phone the screen shows way way to much light.  Cant hardly see what on my screen.

How do I fix this major problem

Lower your screen brightness. Or, if you have video brightness turned on, go to your settings, Advanced features, and then turn off video brightness so it's just normal.
