I updated my fairly new low end Samsung smart phone. At first it did a system update. Then an Android system update, I guess. I did this over public wifi. Near the end of the last update or just after I saw a green dot in the upper right hand corner of the screen. A green icon of a camera appeared briefly. The phone records said the camera was being accessed by the camera app at that time. Anyone know what happened or what to do about it?
