Can't draw on gallary pictures

With my former phone, I could select the edit option on a photo and draw. With my Galaxy A53 5G I can't find that option. Where can I find it?

@GrandmaDuck It's still there, just moved to a different spot. 

1. Click on a picture in the Gallery.
2. Click the pencil icon along the bottom
3. Click the smiley face icon
4. Now you will see the drawing tools.
