I have the opposite situation!!!! I can't unlock my screen! I set a password and have NO idea what it is! Do i have to have Samsung reset it like new? It is new (2 wks)
I can see how problematic this issue can be. If you're having an issue with the password on your phone I would suggest trying to use the smart switch on the Samsung website. I would also recommend that you try calling your service provider. The last step I would recommend is that you try factory resetting your phone.
